Competition Entries

Since AnandaDrama’s establishment, the support provided by past pupils and other well-wishers to Ananda’s efforts at interschool drama competitions has been formalized and streamlined. This support includes funding, provision of practice venues and directorial guidance.

 

With AnandaDrama’s active involvement, the Drama Circle of Ananda College won the 25th Annual Royal Drama Competition in 2013 and reached the pinnacle of inter-school theatre in Sri Lanka by emerging Champions at the annual Inter School Shakespeare Drama Competition in 2014 and 2017.
